RENTAL POLICIES

GHOSTLY TITLE

  • Reservations require a prepaid deposit of $150.00 (which will be applied toward your rental) upon booking; via major credit card to be kept on file in case of damage. Balance of rental fees, taxes and extras as well as damage deposit and pet deposit are required at time of pick up.

  • Refundable damage deposit of $500.00 (via credit card or cash) will be collected at time of departure. Ice house must be returned in the exact condition as it left in order to receive your full damage deposit back. Credit card refund may take up to 2 weeks to post to your account.

  • Damage deposit could be forfeited in whole or in part for loss of equipment, interior or exterior damage, interior and exterior cleaning, refueling of gasoline and propane.

  • Dogs are allowed with a refundable deposit of $150.00 (via major credit card) will be collected at time of departure.

  • Cancelations made within 7 days of rental forfeit pre-paid deposit of $150.

  • All garbage and human waste must be removed prior to return failure to do so will result in loss of the damage deposit.

  • Gas and propane tanks are filled when unit is picked up and must be returned full.

  • Insurance requires renters to be 25 years of age or older.

  • All renters must hold a valid drivers license.

  • Proof of Full Coverage insurance on Rentees towing vehicle is required for all Ice House rentals, no exceptions. Check with your agent to find out if your personal policy provides coverage for pulling a rented ice house. 

  • Break controller is required, if towing vehicle is not equipped, we’ll have one available for rent. Please notify us of this at time of reservation.

  • NO SMOKING within unit. A minimum $500.00 deodorizing fee will be charged for order caused by smoking.

  • No gas augers. No ice cleats inside house.

  • We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX) and Cash.

  • All rental fees are subject to state and local tax, no exceptions.

  • Pick up time is scheduled 7 days prior to departure date.

  • Return time no later than 3:30pm. Late returns are subject to a $500.00 late charge.

  • We are closed on all major holidays; no pick-ups or returns available those dates.
